Organic Tree


I know that all trees are organic. In this case the concept is a mixture of the rough surface of the tree, with the soft interior of a flesh and bone creature. The guts of the tree are like veins or stretched tissue, and its hard exterior resemble a reptilian skin blended with a wooden crust. It was done again, in dry ink pen. I sure love that medium.

"Creation its not about the creators, but about those who see and experience the work after the artist. For the artist, the pleasure should exists in doing the work, but once it is done, and the need is temporarily satisfied, it is not about him anymore, its about you, the viewer. Bluntly said, the creator is an instrument used by the creation to find her way into this world. Then, she will exist through your experiences in infinite and unimaginable ways. What the artist had in mind, her intention, her purpose, is meaningless compared to her audience's, in whom the work lives forever."
